Gavin Partridge – Advisory Board Chair
Prior to starting a growth consultancy which specialises in assisting CEO’s and owners of SME’s grow the value of their businesses, Gavin was the MD and COO of George Patterson Bates, Australia’s largest Advertising Agency, and APAC Regional Director for Cordiant, on the world’s top marketing Communications’ Groups. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and sits on a number of Boards in a variety of market sectors. Gavin holds a Master’s Degree from Cambridge University.
Matthew Glascott – Director & Advisory Board Member
With over 30 years of structural landscaping experience and civil construction, Matthew has delivered a range of projects for various clients including the RTA, DPWS, Local Government, developers and numerous construction companies. Matthew’s responsible for everything… from reviewing tenders to overseeing the management of each project to ensure the highest quality plus compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and much more. Matthew is also on the Board of Directors at the Royal Botanic Gardens, and is Director of Foundation & Friends of the Royal Botanic Gardens.
Matthew Bourke – General Manager & Advisory Board Member
Matt is responsible for a national team of over 100 people in New South Wales, Queensland, the Australian Capital Territory and Victoria. He oversees operations, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the business is managed effectively and sustainably, and maintaining the highest standard of project delivery. Matt has over 25 years’ experience and extensive knowledge in all aspects of large-scale landscape construction.
