Glascott is proud to announce the completion of the Alroy Oval Sports Precinct for Singleton Council.
Delivered by our Hunter division, the project has transformed a key community sporting hub into a modern, inclusive facility supporting the Singleton community and the Singleton Strikers Football Club ahead of their 2026 season.
Designed by Singleton Council in collaboration with GroupGSA, the precinct prioritises accessibility, safety and increased participation in organised sport – particularly for women and girls.
Key project features include:
- Demolition of existing buildings and outdated facilities
- A new female-friendly, fully accessible, gender-neutral amenities building with modern personal care facilities
- Upgraded car parking, footpaths and lighting to improve accessibility and safety
- Upgrades to existing football fields and construction of a third full-sized, irrigated field
The works represent approximately 95% of the Alroy Oval Masterplan and a significant investment in local sporting and community infrastructure.
