Funded by the Federal Government and local council, this project sought to improve community sports facilities and open space in the City of Willoughby LGA.

Glascott was awarded the project based on prior experience and holding Federal Safety Accreditation. Effective stakeholder and partner management was crucial in delivering major earthworks, massive onsite water retention tanks and re-orientating the sports oval.

The latest all-weather synthetic surface was installed with boundary fencing and seesaw-operated sports lighting. New amenities and a car park were constructed, along with a new regional playground. 

The construction of this facility was supported by warranty maintenance to establish the site and nurture the landscape towards the desired vision.
