Work Details

Scope

Located at Reserve 882, the project aims to transform the 20-hectare open space in Schofield into multifunctional open space and recreational facilities that meet community needs, promote active and passive recreation, and provide flood and stormwater management infrastructure.

Glascott is working closely with Blacktown City Council and the project manager RPS Group, to ensure a safe and efficient delivery. The environmental component is a critical aspect of the project, particularly the realignment of the active creek. Glascott is overseeing the management of native fauna and flora, ensuring risks to the local ecology are effectively mitigated, and every aspect of the project is delivered to the highest standard.
