Description:
The Moreton Bay Sports Complex is a major regional sporting hub in Burpengary, supporting a wide range of community organisations, local clubs, and organised events. The precinct features two full-sized AFL ovals, soccer fields including a synthetic pitch, a central pavilion, and grassed spectator areas that accommodate up to 6,500 people.
Glascott delivered the entire scope for the project, managing the construction and integration of sporting surfaces, circulation networks, and public realm areas across the precinct. The works were designed to support the high-use nature of the facility, ensuring durable, functional, and accessible landscapes that perform under daily community use and major events.
The finished environment provides a cohesive and well-structured setting that enhances movement throughout the site, supports a range of user groups, and complements the broader sporting infrastructure.
