Description:
Following the successful delivery of Box Road Reserve for Sutherland Shire Council, Glascott was appointed to deliver Stage 2 of the Seymour Shaw Park Upgrade, completing the park’s masterplan and transforming the established sporting precinct.
The project aimed to deliver new and upgraded sporting facilities alongside significant civil and landscape works, creating a modern, accessible and functional destination for local clubs, players, spectators and the wider community. Works include extensive earthworks and subgrade preparation, new sports fields, an amenities building with an elevated viewing platform, spectator seating, pathways, lighting, parking and extensive landscaping.
