Glascott is pleased to announce the acquisition of Green Horticultural Group (GHG), a highly regarded turf and horticultural services business with more than 25 years’ experience delivering projects across Sydney and New South Wales.
The acquisition marks another important step in the growth of Glascott, strengthening its specialist capabilities and broadening its integrated service offering across landscape construction, civil, grounds maintenance, arboriculture, vegetation management and turf services.
GHG will continue to operate under its established name and brand as part of Glascott. Key managers and team members will remain with the business, ensuring continuity for clients and the ongoing delivery of the specialist services and expertise for which GHG is known.

Founded in 1998, Green Horticultural Group has built a strong reputation in turf construction, renovation, drainage, and maintenance. The business has worked on some of Australia’s most recognised sporting and community assets, including growing and installing turf for Sydney Olympic Stadium, and continues to deliver specialist turf and open space services for local government, schools, universities, racecourses, sporting organisations and public parks.
The acquisition further strengthens Glascott’s specialist capabilities across Australia’s east coast. Green Horticultural Group joins Queensland-based vegetation management specialist Technigro as part of the Group, providing clients with an even broader range of integrated landscape, environmental and horticultural services.
