Construction at The Water Lane Reserve for The Hills Shire Council is progressing into its final stage, with major site preparation works complete and surface works now well underway.
Site preparation wrapped up earlier this year, paving the way for the delivery of the reserve’s key sporting and community facilities. Turf across both ovals was laid at the end of summer, marking an important project milestone and allowing the turf to establish and complete its grow-in phase ahead of winter.
The amenities building is also taking shape, with the substructure and steel framing now complete. Roofing, soffit installation and internal finishes are currently progressing as the building moves towards completion.
With the major construction elements now well advanced, the project is entering its final stretch. Works are continuing across the site, with completion targeted for the end of the year.
The latest drone footage provides a bird’s-eye view of the progress and the scale of the transformation taking place at The Waters Lane Reserve.
Glascott is proud to be delivering this project for The Hills Shire Council and looks forward to seeing the reserve completed and ready to support the local community.
